Form I-751 Attorney (Petition to Remove Conditions)

Specializing in all aspects of US family immigration law, including Form I-751 petitions to remove conditions on residency.

At the Law Office of Michael J. McCarroll, we have extensive experience filing petitions to remove conditions on residency.  In our experience, USCIS is very demanding with respect to the type and amount of evidence of a bona fide relationship that is required to approve the case.  Submitting incorrect or insufficient evidence could lead to delays, the issuance of a “Request for Evidence” and the need for an in-person interview at the local USCIS filed office.  Let our years of experience be an asset for your family.

Lower Fees & Peace of Mind

Only $900 for joint petitions where the couple live together and do not intend to separate.  The attorney will prepare and submit your case with an entry of appearance so that we receive mail on your behalf.  All clients receive unlimited phone, email and video (Zoom) support , and the attorney will conduct a mock USCIS marriage-fraud interview if USCIS requires one.  If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (“RFE”) or Notice of Intent to Deny (“NOID”), the attorney will respond for no additional charge.

Approx. $2,000-$3,500 for self-petitions with payment plans available.
